Who processes the data

The owner of the site and the recipient of the enquiries is NURAFSHON CONSTRUCTION BUILD LLC. The contact details are on the “Contacts” page.

What data is collected

Only the data you enter in the request form yourself: your name, phone number, company name (optional), the selected product or service and the text of your message. The language the request was sent in is also recorded.

If you order through the Telegram bot (@nurafshon_sorov_bot), the chosen product, the phone number you share through Telegram, your Telegram name and username, and your comment or photo are delivered to the company like a request from the site and recorded in the journal. The step of the conversation you are on is kept until the order is sent, for no longer than 24 hours.

The site itself sets no cookies and uses no advertising services. The hosting provider (Cloudflare) may set a technical cookie to protect the site from bots.

What the data is used for

To review your request, to contact you and to prepare a quotation. The data is not used for any other purpose and is not sold.

Where the data is sent

The request is sent from your browser only to the site's server. The server delivers it through Cloudflare Email Routing to the company's email address and, as a backup channel, to the company's Telegram chat (through a Telegram bot). The request is also recorded in the site's database (Cloudflare D1) for the company's own records.

These services (Cloudflare, Telegram) and the mail service hosting the company's mailbox may use servers outside Uzbekistan. They process the data under their own rules.

Where the request is kept: in the company's mailbox, its Telegram chat and the site's database. Only the owner of the company can see the database record — access to the admin panel is restricted through Cloudflare Access and does not exist for visitors. To prevent duplicate submissions, the server's memory holds, for up to 30 minutes, only the random request number and an irreversible hash of its content (not the name, phone number or text itself). The name, phone number and message text are never written to the server logs.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which processes technical data (such as the IP address) to deliver and protect the site. For spam protection, the IP address is kept in the server's memory for up to 10 minutes when a request is sent, and is not written anywhere.

The request form may use a Cloudflare Turnstile check for spam protection. When it is enabled, Cloudflare's verification script is loaded as the form opens and technical data about your browser and IP address is sent to Cloudflare for the check. The site does not send the data entered in the form (name, phone number, text) to Turnstile; the check is not used for advertising or tracking.

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It sets no cookies and does not track you across sites: only general technical data is collected — the page opened, an approximate location (country) and the type of browser. The data you enter in the request form (name, phone number, text) is not sent to this service.

The map on the “Contacts” page is loaded from OpenStreetMap. The WhatsApp, Telegram and Instagram links work under the rules of those services.

Retention period and your rights

The data is kept for as long as it is needed to review your request and to keep records; the owner of the company can delete old records in the admin panel. To have your data corrected or deleted, contact us by the phone number or email address on the “Contacts” page.
